I want to show Subject like same for same notifications

Hi,

Once I sent a OOB notification and its showing Subject like You have been mentioned in Requested Item: RITM0061043 but I have clone the same OOB notification and used different templete but its showing Subject like You have been mentioned in. not showing Requested Item: RITM0061043.

I want to show Subject like You have been mentioned in Requested Item: RITM0061043 for both notification sent

for both notifications.

Can you please help on this. It will be useful.

Hi @mania ,

 

In line 3, Instead of false, if you return true, the notification will be sent only to the catalog item mentioned in the "if" condition.

you can reverse the return false to true in the condition..

In the notification subject, please add variables to bring the RITM number to your subject.

As I can see in my PDI, with this notification, Subject line is only contains text as "You have been mentioned"

So it will add as it is in Subject of email, not sure if there is updated OOB notification in your instance. If subject is override in email script of notification it will take subject from email script.

 

If subject is not override from notification or email script, then it will use template subject in email.
