This cannot be answered without more details. Although, here are some hints that you may verify:
1. Since changes are to be made on Catalog Item "Temporary Access to a User's Mailbox" > you can find Flow/Workflow in form section > Copy the name and find the same in list of Flows or Workflows module
2. Check the Variable backend names in the same Catalog Item for Question name as "Do not Delete" and find the same in the Flow in each Action (after Trigger).
3. Once the Variable is found, you can modify according to your requirement.
