Given all the issues I've seen here with DemoNow, you might consider signing up for a personal developer instance at

ServiceNow Developer

That will give you admin access and full access to the REST API explorer.

Are you using the REST API Explorer?

If so you can easily specify the userid/password of your choice

Send as the user you are logged in as:

or userid/password of your choice

Hi I am logged in as Francis Dales (IT Admin). This is my first time using Service Now Demo site. Could you explain how can I go to REST API EXplorer from Demo Service Now site. Is there a separate URL? I couldn't find it.

REST

in the filter navigator top left and take it from there..

You should be able to see the REST API Explorer
