I was not challenged for MFA code day after setting it up

Setup MFA against my account and first time I logged on it asked me to configure MFA which I done and it worked as expected, but when I logged in the following day I was not challenged for my MFA code to login.
I have checked my settings against the documentation on how to configure MFA and have carried out all the steps, any ideas where I have gone wrong or if I have missed something?

Did you find a solution? I'm facing the same issue with MFA not prompting after the first successful authentication. If you have a fix, could you please share it?

Hi,
I didnt get a resolution to this one, but we ended up setting up SSO for our users which has worked seamlessly since it was implemented.
