i won't add 3 dot ⋮ button in UIB List column, same as the like [show matching and the Filter out button] provided by the service now
Can anyone help me with how this came about and how to add a custom buttons to it?

As far as my knowledge say it is as expected as per design also I can sense you want something we have in Native right click but we need to understand, that both Native and WS are 2 different interface and come with its own way of working and usage. So let's keep it same way, dont increase technical debt.

I don't see a need to add a '3 dot' where you show, simply right-click on the value and get a context menu as seen below.
where I right-clicked on the State value.

1 Sir You have to open the Service operation workspace
2 u need to click on the the Change List or u just can open any list
3 u have to go to related list
4 u need to hover any of the column then u have to then u see the 3 dots of any record as mention in the above picture
