Iam trying to submit case via CSM portal

Hi @Ankur Bawiskar ,

i have created record producer to submit case on CSM portal , when external user trying to submit the case,after click on submit button , its redirecting t as below page saying that record not found.please help me on this issue, my requirement is when external user submit the case , case details will be displayed on portal.

they don't have access to the ticket page

check this link which says this point

Assign the 'sn_request_read' and 'sn_request_write' roles to the external user

After submitting the form the external users are unable to see the request summery page
