After submitting the form the external users are unable to see the request summery page

Hi,

After submitting the form the external users are unable to see the request summery page it is showing like 'Request not found'.

Can anyone please help on this, It will be usefull.

This might be a case where user doesn't have access to read the table that user has created record on using catalog item. Give the user access to the table then they will be able to see the requested item in homepage.

Hi Mania,

There might be some ACL's restricting the users. Check the ACL's related to this table.

Hi Mania,

Follow below step:
Assign the 'sn_request_read' and 'sn_request_write' roles to the external user. This will grant them access to view the request summary page.
