IBM Big Fix - best way to integrate

Hey community. We are looking to connect up to IBM Big Fix, pull some data, manipulate the data and then import it into CMDB. We are using a Mid Server as well for all other integrations. I would like to know what would be the best way to go about doing what I have explained above. Thanks! Very Much appreciated.
