Idea: Flow designer disable/in-active a step (Action) of the flow without deleting it

Hi there,
It would be great to have the option to disable (set in-active) a step (Action) in the Flow Designer and the step is not executed. This will really help during the trouble-shooting where we want to disable a step without actually deleting it. I haven't found a way to do this. If you know please let me know. Otherwise, I have created an Idea on Idea Portal thatn you can up-vote it please:

This would be amazing.
We found that we have to delete an entire step in a OOTB flow, and would much rather have the option to deactivate that step for the time being, instead of deleting it entirely. Because the deletion of this could be problematic in the future, but at the moment it is a must.

Forgive me. I'm new.
Could you add an exit flow action and move the suspect action to after that step, so you don't lose it, but it doesn't execute?
Of course, a little "Active" check box would be better, but could this be a temporary workaround?
