I would like to create an archive rule that runs as a base rule on the task table.
This means, for example, that all records on the task table should be archived by this basic rule after 5 years.
As long as there is no separate rule for task-inherited tables.
Now, however, it is the case that various rules have already been created on task inherited tables over time.
If there are such rules on inherited tables, you can no longer create a ‘superordinate’ rule, e.g. on the parent table.
Deleting these existing rules is probably not that easy and is not recommended by ServiceNow.
Is there any way to avoid having to create 50+ Archive Rules on all tables derived from Task?
