Idea for ServiceNow, icon generator AI!

Wouldn't it be great if there was a feature to just generate a **bleep** icon for your catalog item or other portal component. It's bad enough that there isn't a comprehensive library in the tool already but at least now it should be possible to allow an AI to poop out a nice icon in good format like transparent png or svg (which the mainstream AIs can't)

ServiceNow has the Idea portal to provide ideas for future consideration/releases. The chance a post on the community gets it on their radar is limited. Create an idea and ask people to vote for it through this post. I am sure you will gather some votes for your idea.

yea i know, but last time i checked the idea portal it was sort of an elephant cemetery vibe there as well... 🙂

That it absolutely is. It's their 'get out of this annoying support ticket' process. The Support agents can just tell clients that it is not current functionality and to go and create an idea. Those ideas are open for a couple of years and then closed with 'we are no longer looking at this'.

But sharing it on the community will have the same effect, unfortunately. The idea portal at least gives it a chance of someone looking at it.
