Ideal Portal requirements

What exactly is required to implement the Idea Portal? Is the Innovation Management plugin required?

This plugin is not installed in our instance but the Idea Portal is there. Is this plugin needed in order for the Idea Portal to fully function?

make sure that com.snc.innovation_management plugin is on, after that, you required a few things to get your idea portal fully function 

1. Create Idea table:The table to be used to store ideas. This table must extend the Idea [im_idea_core] table.
