Hi folks,
I have an IDR running from QA to Dev in one direction.
Incidents are being created normally and some fields are updating, but when I add a new comment, that information is not being duplicated.
In both instances, the "Comments and Work Notes" option is selected

Does anyone have an idea of what could be happening? Or is there another configuration I should check?
