If Null or True/False is set for the MRVS of the catalog item, javascript does not work correctly.

In a catalog item, if you set a null value for an MRVS item or set True/False for a CheckBox type MRVS item, the javascript for another MRVS item (Type: Reference) that uses a reference qualifier does not work correctly.

(Null) There is no problem if it is an empty string.
(True/False) There is no problem in the case of string type ("True" / "False").

(MRVS item) There is no problem if it is a catalog item variable.

Is this a specification of ServiceNow?

where are you applying ref qualifier? is it on variable within MRVS or outside MRVS?
