If "hidden button" in UI view is set to true, it will be hidden even in admin role.

Hi All,
As shown in the image below, the "hidden button" is set to true. In this case, the admin role should be able to see the UI view, but none of the roles can see it. What could be the cause?

That is a UI View record. The 'Hidden' property if set to true hides that view from all users except those that have the 'admin' role. For example, in your screenshot a user with 'itil' role that is not an admin would not be able to see that view 'workspace'.

To test it go to a form that has the view related (see Forms related list on that UI View record) and on the Additional Actions (hamburger) menu on the top left of the associated form select the 'View' menu option and this view should be available for selection if the current user has the admin role.

The only other thing to check is any View Rules that you have defined.

If this is in Agent Workspace then go to Workspace Experience > Forms > Workspace View Rules.

You cannot switch views in Agent Workspace as you can do on a standard form. See this for more details on how Agent Workspace deals with views:

https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/paris-servicenow-platform/page/administer/workspace/reference/for...

if you have admin and you still do not see this view then put a call into ServiceNow Support
