If user not taking any action on SC task after 5 working days the status should as closed-incomplete

Hi team, I have one scenario after placing Request I will generate one SCTASK for deployment  for software installation  If user not taking any action on SC task after 5 working days the state should be set as closed-incomplete of that task and  it should not consume the license from the software entitlement . how could we do that in flow designer ?
