Im n't able to see this comment "Incident INC0012914 has been associated with the Case in CSM Portal

Hi Community,

 

I am not able to see this comment "Incident INC0012914 has been associated with the Case" in CSM Portal after raised the case

 

Actually i have written BR for auto create incident from CSM Portal but i am not able see above comment csm portal after raised the case for who are having sn_customerservice.customer or sn_customerservice.customer.admin roles 

 

I have a admin access so i can see but those are having above they cann't see abouve comment

Hello,

Check for ACLs or check if any role is added to that particular Service Portal page.
