Currently we have an automation which creates support group through flow designer. Now , currently our requirement is to auto populate the description based on the starting two letters of the support group. Request your suggestions and help on how we can implement this in the flow designer which currently creates the support group.
For example:
Hashtag :--
if support group letter starts with AA:- #TEST1
if support group letter starts with BB:- #TEST2
if support group letter starts with CC:- #TEST3
If Support group name is this:- AA_Example_TEST
Description we need to add :-#TEST1
