Image in KB Article are in different format in Technical and SP View

Hello All,

After upgrading to Australia, we noticed that image rendering in Technical View and Service Portal is now different.

Left: Technical View
Right: Service Portal View

As shown in the screenshots, the images display correctly in the Technical View. However, in the Service Portal View, the images appear significantly larger and are no longer displayed side-by-side as expected.

Has anyone encountered this issue after the Australia upgrade? Any guidance on the cause or possible fix would be greatly appreciated.

That is certainly an unusual case; I haven't encountered it myself yet.

First, please check whether all plugins related to the Knowledge base are fully up to date.

If this behavior changed immediately after the upgrade, the most likely cause is that a new element was added, causing the screen layout to shift.

Have you tried adjusting the image sizes to see if that resolves the issue?

Also, while less likely, it is possible that the CSS specifications regarding content placement were updated in the "Australia" release.

Could you check the browser's developer tools to see if the element alignment is set to inline?

If that property is missing or insufficient, please try adding display: inline-block to see if that fixes the alignment.

Looks like a rendering issue between the Technical view and Service Portal. Have you checked for any custom CSS?
