I uploaded the image I needed.
Then added it to the widget:
Image does not show up. I know it's not the issue of the widget because if I change the image to another one, it works.
I tried to call the image:
https://<myinstance.com>//mpicon2023.jpg
This is what I got:
Sorry, an error occurred or this page isn't available.
Please advise what I am missing.

I contacted ServiceNow. They patched our system and this is now working. Thank you for trying.

@MWright1 try deleting the db image record and then re create it and then copy the new src and try

Hi Nishnat,
I believe it was Tokyo Patch 9 Hot Fix 2b. I couldn't be certain. Whatever they patched that weekend worked for us. It was inadvertent. They didn't patch our system because of this issue but it certainly fixed it.
