Image not showing up on Service Portal

I uploaded the image I needed.

Then added it to the widget:

Image does not show up.  I know it's not the issue of the widget because if I change the image to another one, it works.

I tried to call the image:

https://<myinstance.com>//mpicon2023.jpg

This is what I got:

Sorry, an error occurred or this page isn't available.

Please advise what I am missing.

@MWright1 Remove it from P tag and try ..just put img tag
