Images added by user in Servicenow emails are visible as CID

HI Team,
I'm working with a problem ticket regarding the inbound emails received from the end-user
Whenever user creates an incident an email will be sent out to the caller, and when user replies on this automated email by attaching image as an attachment and when it gets received by ServiceNow instance, instead of displaying the image in instance on the incident ticket
The image is getting converted to CID with image number in format as follows:
[cid:image001.png]
We tested below property still getting CID issue.

Can someone let me know why is this happening and what might be the root cause,
