Images are not loading for question content on forum

There are several content types available in the forum, such as blogs, ideas, questions, and more.
Recently, we've noticed that some images are not loading properly in previously posted question content. We've verified that the issue is not with the images themselves—when we use the same images in a newly created question, they load without any problems. The issue also persists in lower environments. Occasionally, the images load temporarily, but then they stop displaying again.
Could you please help us investigate and resolve this issue?

Hi @priyanka0709,
can you be more specific? Is it adding by the clip icon, by copy/paste or drag & drop?
Also what is the attached file format - have you tried different? Is there a difference for txt, jpeg, png, xslx,.....?
Please let me know more details

Thank you for reviewing the question. We have a form for posting questions that includes a field called "Description" which supports HTML. Users can add images using the "Insert Image" option, by dragging and dropping, or by copying and pasting. The supported image formats for most questions are iix and PNG. However, we're noticing that while some images load correctly, others do not.
