Images in kb article Chrome vs Edge

Hello Experts,

We are having issues with images on knowledge articles. When I open kb article in chrome browser that images in the article are displaying fine. But when I open same article in Edge browser the images are not displayed in the kb article. How do I fix it?

Hi @Rocky5 

1. Clear your browser's cache & cookies / open kb article in InPrivate window and try 

2. Check Edge Settings > Site permissions > Images to ensure the ServiceNow instance isn't blocked.

3. Check if have any Edge extension. sometimes those blocks image.

thanks for response, all 3 you mentioned looked good on my browser but still images are not displayed. 

not just to me but for my other mates too.
