impact/urgency fields read only based user role.

1.I have a Requirement if the user having "priority manager" role and he can only edit impact/urgency fields and rest of user can't edit these two fields and these fields needs to be read only for the user who don't have "priority Manager" role .

2.using client script (or) acl's

 

Need Help.
