Hello Everyone,
We have multiple admins working in our environment. Is there a way, where we can see which admin has impersonated which user account and when?
Any leads will be appreciated!
Regards,
Shoheb Shaikh

Hello,
You could search on the System Logs for 'impersonation' keyword in the Message column and it would show you the user who has impersonated. Just test it once and you could find it out.
Thanks!

I had to solve for this for our Compliance team. The process that @Alikutty references above is what I have done in the past. However, I then add a filter for 'last month' and took the query and added it to my favorites. I have a monthly reminder to run the query from the favorites and export it to xlsx and send it to them. This has satisfied the requirement for us.

Hi Shoheb,
Were you able to locate the impersonation logs? As mentioned by Mike If you have large amount of system logs then apply a filter on created date to quickly retrieve the data.
Thanks!

Hello s_h_o_h_e_b,
Impersonations are logged in the System Log.
Logging can be enabled or disabled with the glide.sys.log_impersonation property.
And the further info has already been shared by Ali bro which i wanted to...
Thanks,
Siva.
