Implement User Criteria functionality by Service catalog

Hello Everyone,

I have a use case of creating service catalog which basically can add/update User criteria of knowledge base in backend, Which has following variables:

  Choose Knowledge base:

  Select User Criteria :

  Add Can Read User:

  Remove Can Read User:

  Add Can Contribute User:

Remove Can Contribute User:

Now the Problem is records get stored in "kb_uc_can_read_mtom" table which has reference to "user criteria" table. and "user criteria" table use "sys_user" table reference.

Now can anyone provide me way to achieve that.

So what's your query?

once user submits catalog item you can add/update the user criteria in that table for that KB

what script did you start and where are you stuck?
