Implementation of Password Policy for General Users (Excluding WSAO Users)

Hello developers,

We need to implement a new password policy in ServiceNow that will apply exclusively to general users. Users belonging to the WSAO group must be explicitly excluded from this policy.

Please ensure that the configuration is designed in such a way that the policy is enforced only for the intended user set, while WSAO users remain unaffected. Appropriate conditions or filters (such as group or role-based exclusions) should be used to achieve this requirement.
