We are implementing the Sidebar chat functionality. One requirement we will need to implement is for only groups with the type itil to show up in the autofill and to be able to be added to a chat. I have been attempting to add this under Conversational Interfaces > Settings and then under User Query > View Settings I have tried creating a query under user query mode. This however does not appear to prevent any groups from being added as I tested this and was able to add any group regardless of the query being activated with either the option to filter by a sys id and by group type itil. In the settings for the chat bar this section is labeled as "user" query, is it possible to filter by criteria other than users and filter groups as well as users?
