we are trying to import comments from sentinel to SIR in ServiceNow. we have done the check box for importing comments and it works great for comments added after the SIR is created. However any comments that were added to the Sentinel Incident before the the SIR was created are not imported. we use automation that adds comments to the Sentinel Incidents to enhance our analysts ability to investigate flagged activity. The problem we are having is our automation adds the comments to the incidents before ServiceNow ingests them. So far all I can find for data pills are a comment count.
could a data pill like this be created:
