Import Data (CSV File) into Servicenow via Python Script

Hello Guys,

What would be the best way to load a CSV file to servicenow using python code?

I Have a server running healthchecks and the results are given in a CSV file which I need to upload to a table in servicenow

where is that csv file stored? is it stored on mid server or ftp etc?
