Import Data source type JDBC format SQL server by Flow Designer

I have created a DATA source type- JDBC and format SQL server. So from the query I am getting some fields values.

So, before transform to the target table I want to use a flow designer to access the data source data and manipulate it with the help of flow designer before insert.

 

Is it possible?? @

If yes then how
