Import error - Error during data load, skipping application module creation

I am trying to load data from a mid server and while the file is being picked up and added to data source, the data is not loaded with an error message - Error during data load, skipping application module creation. Any ideas on what can be done to avoid this error?

Hello @NS16 

Turns out the excel sheet I am using contains data in the columns without column headers for some rows. Upon trying to clear them out, my import was successful.
