So using Import XML does not run a business rule.... except if it is sys_user_grmember
An admin at my client asked about this. Recently he imported a number of CI's recently which failed to run a number of rules to create associated approval records - which is as expected via an import XML
He pointed out that entries in sys_user_grmember do, so can we apply the same logic
I sent hiim a doc link that says "import xml" blah blah "no business rules", but I did try it on a PDI
If I export an entry for a user, then make sure that user has no groups and therefore no roles. I import the XML via "Import XML" and I am told that it has now added the associated roles.
Any ideas ?
