imported update set in XML wouldnt show in retrieved update sets

Hey,
I am trying to push an update set from DcDev to DcTest. I referred to the following article: https://www.servicenow.com/community/developer-forum/moving-an-update-set-from-development-to-test-e...
When I import an update set in XML format to Dcdev, it does not appear in the retrieved update set table when I search it up

Did you try to clear instance cache using cache.do and then logout and login?
Are you having required permissions/access to load the update set?

I have firfighter(so admin acess) and yes I logged out and tried again
