Importing a large CSV file(2.5 million rows, 1000mb file) into servicenow instance through mid server.we are getting HTTP 408 response.

Importing a large CSV file(2.5 million rows, 1000mb file ,the file is in mid server path) into servicenow instance through mid server.we are getting HTTP 408 response in the ECC agent log. Please provide your thoughts where to check.
