Importing and Exporting for On-call Schedules

Hi

 

I have the On-call schedules set up for my team with notifications. However, is it possible in ServiceNow to import/export CSV files of the tables, e.g. the shift or group tables, so that external teams can update the on-call schedules through the CSVs.

cmn_rota_list.do, check this table, if that works.
