Importing application from one PDI to another PDI

I'm new to ServiceNow and I am unable to load import set from one instance to another.

I tried exporting my update set as an XML file and then retrieving in another instance. It shows loaded and committed but I am unable to view my application in another instance. I even tried elevating the privilege to security_admin but no effect on the results.

@vrushalim20 : Could you open the committed update set and make sure the configuration files (import sets) in this case are available under the "Customer Updates" related list? If that's not the case, this updateset did not capture the changes.

@vrushalim20 If it is about the module related to application not appearing, then you can do a logout and login again and the new module will start showing up in the application navigator.
