In Agent Chat - as an Agent can I send a direct chat link to a customer/employee

We have a request from our BU, to have the ability to send a direct Chat link to an employee so that they may connect to a specific Agent.
For example, an Agent can attach a direct chat link to their Email Signature - that attempts to connect with that Agent if available, and if not available it will route the Chat to the main queue.
