IN change request , Approval Require in Authorize state

Hi,

 IN change request , Approval Require in Authorize state :-

Any 1 member can approve from ELB America or ELB APAC Group.

if "Assigned to" user in CI from US/America then approval should go to ELB America

if "Assigned to" user in CI from Austrilia then approval should go to ELB APAC

You need to add this validation in change approval Policy

What you need to do

Change Request --> Assigned to --> location == US /America ( I am assuming you are referring to same field , location)

I want to create new change approval policy and then add decision to that approval policy ?

Under decision you can create a new decision and add teh new conditions.

  In change request , state move  to  Authorize and the configuration item assigned to user location America means the approval should go to ELB America group.
