In Email Notifications 'Message HTML' not visible

Hello All,

 

In Email Notifications under What it will contain tab 'Message HTML' is not visible even in Advanced view.

This is visible for some users and not for others. Kindly suggest what might be the issue.

Have you checked users has the right access to see the records or notification details?

@sk59 Hello,

 

What are the roles give to those users who are not able to see?

Because only users with admin right can see that field 

Please check if they are admin

They are able to see all the fields on the Email Notifications except Message HTML field. They are delegated admins

i think for delegated users it gives permissions to only 

1. Approvals
2. CC Notifications
3. Task Assignment
4. Meeting Invites

There is no role assignment
