We have custom portal, in which we use the my request list to be visible in the widget. In DEV and UAT it is working fine. In Production, user has the open request, which visible in simple list but when click on view all it says "You do not have any request".
I have verified request_filter for service portal, it is all active. Please note our UAT instance is the clone of production. Could you please guide me to root the issue in production?

Hi Gowari,
User don't have access to the request table. Did you check the ACL's and Query BR's
Check below point
Navigate to My Request Filters and check if "Service Catalog Request"(For REQ) is active. Also check if that record has :" Applies to " value set to Service Portal too.
Thanks

We have a custom gateway, in which we utilize my solicitation rundown to be noticeable in the gadget. In DEV and UAT it turned out great. In Production, the client has the open solicitation, which appeared in the straightforward rundown yet when clicking on view it says "You have no solicitation".
I have confirmed request_filter for the administration gateway, it is all dynamic. If it's not too much trouble, note our UAT occasion is the clone of creation. Might you at any point kindly guide me to establish the issue underway?
