Hello Community,
In sent email link was not added in the email body actually link written in email script. Remaining batches received with link perfectly but only this batch not received email with link.
when I tried to trouble shoot it, I observed that.
1. In notifications>> when to run>>email script added in email body.
2. system logs>>emails>> email body there is no email script added in html code.
Please clarify that why email script not added in email body how to trouble shoot it but remaining batches same email with link got received but what happened and how to debug it.
I want clear information. Please help that would be great.
