In SOW incident record user location field value pop dialog box never load the data

Hello All,

I need some help for above question.

When i try to open the location field on incident record there will be a pop-up dialog box which never loads the data who are already auto populate the location but who are not having the location the data is loading correctly on pop-up window on Service Operations Workspace.

This is working on ServiceNow incident module but not working on Service Operations Workspace.

Could you please elaborate more on the issue?
As in what is the type of instance you are using and what is the version?
please also attach Screenshot.
