In Standard change request - state is not moving from assess to scheduled state even after approver

Description: In Standard change request - state is not moving from assess to scheduled state even after approver 

1. Standard change stays at Assess state after approval from technical team 

2. First rejection of the tech approval standard change needs to move from Assess to New state--> Not happening

3. Second rejection standard change needs to move from Assess to Canceled state --> Not happening

I have updated change models accordingly.

Need help on this

I hope you have already verified that there is no other BR or workflow which is restricting this operation.

Can you also check the audit history to verify if there is any transition happened at backend. If there is any record, surely something else is also running.

Check show XML to verify if database values are also similar to that on UI (it will confirm no diplay BR/client script is running).

1st thing, why you have approval in standard changes?

Ootb standard changes don't have any approval flow, it move from New to schedule directly. 

Now if you build it as per client,  then then to revert this , it is pure and pure violation of definition of standard changes and the whole change process.
