I am building a ServiceNow survey with three Yes/No type questions. I need to configure conditional visibility (dependencies) based on the following logic:
  • If Question 1 is No → Question 3 should become visible.
  • If Question 1 is Yes → Question 2 should become visible.
  • If Question 2 is No → Question 3 should become visible.
Essentially, Question 3 needs to appear if either Question 1 is "No" OR Question 2 is "No". Since out-of-the-box ServiceNow survey dependencies only allow a question to look at a single parent question, how can I configure Question 3 to be conditionally dependent on both Question 1 and Question 2?

i think  Q3 cannot directly depend on both Q1 and Q2 with an OR condition.
For the exact logic Q1 = No OR Q2 = No, you would need customizations to control Q3 visibility.
Otherwise, you will need to redesign the question dependency.
