In the KB Record Article type choice field value two value' should visible in Self Serv Search view

We have a requirement related to Knowledge Base (KB) records. In KB record has an Article Type choice field with three values:

  1. End User KB
  2. General (End User & Tech Team)
  3. Technical KB

For KB records with Article Type set to End User KB or General (End User & Tech Team) and State = Published, these articles should be visible in the Self-Service Portal search view.

However, KB records with Article Type = Technical KB are not visible in the Self-Service Portal search view. Please provide a solution to resolve and fix this issue.

Check the [sp_search_source]s for your portal or with Ai search look for the corresponding configuration/profile search sources [sys_search_context_config]

your provided sp_search_source and sys_search_context_config searching our self service portal related no links not available in below added one screenshot there i am marked Our Self service portal related link yellow color "Eurostar Employee Experience" this is the portal link

Navigate to the [sp_portal] record of your /euee portal. Look up the value of the Search Application (search_application) field. Navigate to that search application. If there is no red infomessage saying ai search is not enabled, dotwalk to the Search Profile fields record on the search application. 

 

From the search profile configure the search source (related lists) that corresponds to your knowledge articles and edit the condition so that your missing articles are included. There is a preview link in the infomessage up top.

 

If you don't have ai search enabled. From the sp_portal record edit the search source (related lists) that corresponds to your knowledge articles. If the related list is not visible add it to the view or check them from the table [m2m_sp_portal_search_source].
