In the Message HTML field, the source code icon to open the HTML source code is missing

I want to edit the HTML source code of an email notification [sysevent_email_action]. ServiceNow Docs say: "In the Message HTML field, click the source code icon (Source code icon) to open the HTML source code editor." ("Edit HTML content in an email notification"); however, the source code icon does not exist as of the Yokohama release. I know the source code icon was there in the past, and we recently upgraded to Yokohama; however, I can't remember for sure if the source code icon was present immediately before the upgrade or not. Has anybody else seen this behavior?
