In Virtual agent,can we have only one option in Static choice?

Hi there,

 

Just wondering what the why is of your question. Or how you picture this in a conversation? I mean, if there is only one choice, and the end user does not want to select that, what then? What's the escape or is the conversation than stuck?

Hi Mark,

 

I have a similar ask, it's so that the one static option can be an acknowledgement that the user has read the message and confirms their understanding. Unfortunately having one option doesn't work properly...
