In virtual agent topic want to get the closed incidents

In virtual agent topic want to get the closed incidents but not able to get the closed incidents could anyone please help me to create the topic

Hi @Community Alums ,

Please follow below steps- 

1. Navigate to Conversational Interfaces > Virtual Agent > Designer.

2. Create new Topic.

3. Once new topic is created From the Components under "Bot response" drag the "Table" component to the flow screen.

4. Set up the flow as shown in the below screenshot -
